Hemlock Ridge Gold Course

Through two generations, the Palmer family has transformed a 150-acre farm into a nine-hole golf course, where the 3,136 yards are 'full of surprises,' according to the Southbridge Evening News. Open since 1971, the bluegrass course offers enough water hazards and hills to challenge most golfers. From April 1 to November 30, the course has a bucolic setting to enjoy while finishing a round in under three hours. Relax afterwards with beer, wine, sandwiches and snacks at the club house crafted from native hemlock and fieldstone by the Palmers over four years. Golf carts available. Call for reservations.
